Our Introduction to Drama School short course is modelled on our one-year Foundation Diploma and will give you an insight into our rigorous drama training. Working in groups of between 15 and 20 students, you will experience our ethos of the ensemble, with a focus on performance-based training.

What classes will I take and what will I learn?

  • Acting

  • Movement
  • Dance
  • Improvisation
  • Shakespeare

The course culminates in an informal sharing of work in the form of an open rehearsal, attended by tutors and fellow students.

This course is not validated by a higher education institution (HEI). It is one of our own range of non-accredited certificates. Students who complete this course will receive a LAMDA Short Course Certificate.
