Congrats to our Poetry Speaking Competition Winners!

It was another fantastic celebration this year and competition was tough - a huge well done to our winners, BA (Hons) actor Rose Jackson-Smith in the Published Poem Category with Andrea Gibson’s The Nutritionist, and FdA actor Benjamin Bridson in the Original Poem Category with The Football Phone-In.

This year's runners up were FdA actor Aoife Kennan in the Published Poem Category with Them and [Uz] by Tony Harrison, and Foundation Diploma actor Alessandra Davison in the Original Poem Category with The Thing About Symmetry.

We'd also like to thank our wonderful panel - LAMDA Principal, Joanna Read; LAMDA Trustee, Matt Applewhite; and our guest judge, Jo Bell.
