A Few Good Men

By Aaron Sorkin
The Sainsbury Theatre, LAMDA

Directed by Marieke Audsley
Designed by Nate Gibson

Two marines go to court after the death of a fellow Marine at Guantanamo Bay. But as the case unfolds, is it the men or the military mentality that are really facing trial?

The inexperienced Navy lawyer defending the men is reluctant to work, expecting an easy case: a plea bargain and a cover-up, but a female member of his defence team urges him to take it seriously and get to the bottom of what really happened. Marieke Audsley directs Academy-Award winning writer Aaron Sorkin’s legal thriller.
