Plaques and Tangles

Written by Nicola Wilson
Directed by Gwenda Hughes
Performed in The Carne Studio Theatre

Plaques and Tangles spans twenty-six years in the life of Megan, who discovers she suffers from early-onset Alzheimer’s. It killed her mother, it will probably kill her, and there is a 50% chance it will kill her children.

Nicola Wilson’s deeply emotive play premiered at the Royal Court in Autumn 2015 and was selected as one of three plays to be supported by the Jerwood Charitable Foundation as a Jerwood New Playwrights commission.
