About the exam
Through Choral-Speaking, learners are encouraged to explore verse and prose pieces together, creating an imaginative performance that expresses the mood and themes of the text.
All members of the group speak in unison, as a chorus, and interact with one another as they perform. Learners may also choose to take lines or phrases to recite alone or within a smaller group.
Effective teamwork is essential for our Group exams. The group is graded as a whole, receiving one collective result for all their hard work.
Exam structure
Choral-Speaking exams taken in-person must consist of a minimum of 3 learners. There is no limit to the number of learners.
Choral-Speaking exams taken online as remote online assessments must consist of a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 learners.
