Discover Globally Recognised Qualifications

For over 130 years, LAMDA Exams has supported learners across the world to build lifelong oracy skills through drama, literature and public speaking.

With a focus on achievement and empowerment, our qualifications are recognised for developing articulate and confident communicators, strengthening fluency and developing English language skills in learners of all ages and backgrounds.

As an international teacher, you’ll benefit from:

  • No joining fee
  • A dedicated LAMDA Exams representative for your area
  • Online courses and workshops to expand your skills
  • Flexibility choosing exam dates
  • Accessibility through online exams
  • Opportunities to bring an examiner to your venue

Flexibility Through Online Exams

Offering the same structure, standards and expectations as in-person assessments, our online exams can be taken from anywhere in the world – either through public centres or private centres.

Available through remote online assessments (called INTROAs), public centre exams are open to all learners regardless of their school, organisation or teacher.

Ideally suited to learners from smaller cohorts or organisations without a dedicated venue, this route allows learners to book onto scheduled dates, available throughout the year.

By registering as a private centre, international schools and teachers can arrange online exams with ease and flexibility.

Private centres can request specific exam dates, book in advance, and arrange assessments for their whole group of learners. Registering to become a private centre is free, but some minimum requirements must be met.

In-Person Exams Tailored To You

Occasionally, we can organise in-person tours in international regions, meaning an examiner will travel to different countries to hold face-to-face exams at an international private centre.

This means a learner can be examined at a school or organisation’s own venue, with an examiner often travelling to a number of venues on one trip.

As international tours cannot currently include public centre customers, you must be registered as a private centre to request in-person exam dates in an international location.
