About the exam
In our Group Musical Theatre exam, learners are encouraged to develop both their musical and acting skills within a team, working together to perform scenes as a full cast. Exploring acting, harmony and choral singing skills, learners perform a mixture of both dialogue and songs, with everyone taking part as a chorus.
As learners progress through the grades, they will develop their technical skills, deepen their understanding of the material, and bring more creative responses to their scenes.
Effective teamwork is essential for our Group exams. The group is graded as a whole, receiving one collective result for all their hard work.
