About the conference
From networking sessions to in-depth workshops, this full-day conference offers guidance and support to teachers across our teaching community.
This year’s conference is themed around oracy. Sessions will explore how the LAMDA Exams syllabi can support learners to build the skills to article their thoughts and engage with others confidently. The day will be led by expert LAMDA Exams practitioners and guest speakers, including Dr Stephen Mitchell, a LAMDA Examiner and experienced Headteacher.
Across a packed day, we’ll welcome you to workshops and insight sessions designed to support you whatever stage you’re at – including those brand-new to LAMDA Exams, as well as established teachers looking to refresh their knowledge and expand their skillset.
Throughout the day, we’ll be explaining core processes and strengthening your understanding of the syllabi. You’ll attend informative workshops, connect to a community of like-minded teachers, ask questions to the experts, and deepen your knowledge of the fundamentals of LAMDA Exams.

The full agenda will be released closer to the time. With the event themed around oracy, we’ll be discussing the importance of effective communication and the ways learners can develop skills to express themselves with confidence.
