Nathan A. Richardson

Nathan Richardson is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with a track record of leadership across fintech, e-commerce, and digital media. He has held senior roles at companies including Yahoo! Finance, Gilt Groupe, and Red Ventures, and has led multiple technology businesses through successful acquisitions, including ContentNext Media, ThePointsGuy, and TradeIt. Nathan began his career in the US Peace Corps in Senegal and at Citibank, working in Istanbul, Warsaw, Johannesburg, and Riyadh, and later served as Country Director of the International Rescue Committee in Liberia.

He currently sits on the boards of Investing.com and Tomo Mortgage, and serves as an advisor to FlexSpace AI, StockStory, and Firmament Ventures, his advisory and investment platform focused on ethical technology and impact. He is a member of the Advisory Council for The Brookings Institution's Center for Universal Education and previously served on the Tech:NYC Leadership Council as Co-Chair of the FinTech Group.

Nathan is a member of the Finance Committee, the Examinations Committee, and the People and Culture Committee.
