About the role

We are looking for an organised, customer-focused and detail-oriented Exams Coordinator to join our Examinations Department.

In this role, you will play an important part in the successful delivery of UK and international public and private examinations. Working as part of a busy Operations Team, you will support the end-to-end examination journey — from exam entries and scheduling through to assessment, results and certification.

This is a varied role that combines customer service, administration, data management, and examination operations. Depending on business priorities, you may work across our Scheduling and Results functions, giving you the opportunity to develop a broad understanding of examination administration and regulatory processes.
