About the role
LAMDA is looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Courses & Workshops Officer to join our Examinations team.
This is a varied role responsible for coordinating and administering the delivery of LAMDA Exams short courses and workshops, ensuring that every course runs smoothly from initial planning and enrolment through to delivery and post-course administration.
Working closely with colleagues across LAMDA Exams, as well as our Chief Examiner, examiners, customers, participants and internal teams, you will play an important role in supporting and developing LAMDA’s programme of courses and workshops.
You’ll be joining the team at an exciting time as we look to grow and develop our short-course and workshop offer in line with LAMDA’s wider business objectives.
