Annabel Capper

Annabel Capper is a New York based British actor,  director and producer with over 25 years of professional experience spanning theatre, film, and television in both the UK and US. 

A graduate of LAMDA’s MA in Classical Acting for the Professional Theatre, she has performed and directed in a wide range of productions—from classical theatre to contemporary work—on both sides of the Atlantic. Her deep knowledge of the industry and commitment to craft has earned her a respected place in the artistic communities she has worked with internationally.

In addition to her creative work, Annabel has applied her performance expertise in the corporate and government sectors for more than 15 years, using her theatrical training to coach and facilitate leadership development, communication, and presence. She has led and supported major initiatives around Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Culture Change, and Inclusive Leadership, coaching professionals at all career stages.

Annabel’s dual career in the performing arts and leadership development allows her to bring a unique and dynamic perspective—combining creative insight with practical communication strategies. Her transatlantic experience offers valuable industry knowledge and cultural fluency, particularly relevant to organizations and boards operating across both the UK and US.
