We are delighted to welcome so many audience members back to our theatres and share our upcoming performances with you via livestream too.
We've answered some frequently asked questions below about our livestream process and tickets. If you can't find the answer to your question email the Box Office or reach out to us via social media.
You will be sent an email automatically from our LAMDA Box Office email address. The email will include a button link to the livestream and a password to log in with. This link has also been added to the livestream page you booked your ticket on, in case you lose your email or would like a quick link, please note you’ll still need your password.
Once you’ve logged into the Vimeo platform, the screen will show the scheduled date and time of the performance over the show graphic until the stream begins.
If there is a technical problem or the stream starts later than expected, we will let you know via social media.
All of the links to our livestream performances have been added to our livestream show pages, where you booked your livestream ticket. Use the password you’ve been sent in your email to log in.
We’re always available on social media if you have a question about our livestreamed performances. Alternatively, you can email [email protected] if you have a question about ticketing. We’ll let you know if we are experiencing any unexpected technical difficulties via social media.
You will instantly receive a livestream booking confirmation when you book a ticket. We will be sending out our livestream link every hour from our ticketing database Spektrix. If you have booked one hour or less before the show time please email [email protected], where we can check your booking and send you the password to access your livestream.
