About the show
How far would you go for your friends?
At university, Cass gets pulled into an eccentric clique with a clandestine extra-curricular hobby. Soon, she’s swapping drinking games for black markets, organised crime, and a heist at Kew Gardens that would give Ocean’s Eleven a run for its money.
Starring LAMDA’s Musical Theatre ensemble, written by Rachel Bellman and Josh Bird, and featuring an infectious, Britpop-inspired score, Game Theory is a darkly funny, coming-of-age thriller like no other.
Prepare for a high-octane ride through friendship, betrayal and the secret underworld of endangered flower theft.
LAMDA at the Fringe
Catch LAMDA at the 2026 Edinburgh Festival Fringe where we will be showcasing three exciting shows including Alice by Heart, Game Theory and Miscast Sondheim.
