Alex Bell

Alex Bell is an actor, director, and educator with an MA in Actor Training and Coaching from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. His work emphasises play, bold creative choices, and the application of Chekhov-based techniques as a practical framework for actor development. He is currently writing a book exploring the use of tabletop gaming within actor training.

He has taught at a range of leading UK drama schools at both undergraduate and postgraduate level, including the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, East 15 Acting School, Italia Conti, and London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. He was most recently Head of Performing Arts at North Hertfordshire College in Hitchin.
