Special Projects
Whether you are an individual donor, a Trust or a corporate sponsor, we would love to hear from you. You could support vital core costs including:
Access and Widening Participation
LAMDA’s Access and Widening Participation programme supports young people who are underrepresented in the arts, including those from low-income households, Global Majority backgrounds or D/deaf or disabled. Each year, we reach up to 3,000 young people throughout the UK, and this work is increasingly vital in the face of ongoing arts funding cuts and economic pressures. Your support helps ensure that opportunity, creativity, and training are accessible to all.
Performance Sponsorship
Be part of bringing a LAMDA production to life. As a Performance Sponsor, you’ll have the unique opportunity to support the creative process from rehearsal room to opening night. As a sponsor, you will be invited to meet the cast and crew at a special reception, and gain an insider’s perspective on how our students create bold, imaginative theatre.
Colin Cook International Fellowship
Established in 2024 in honour of Colin Cook, whose decades at the Academy shaped generations of actors, directors and theatre makers, the Colin Cook International Fellowship invites distinguished international artists and scholars to work closely with students through creative residencies, workshops, lectures and productions.
Through your support, you will help ensure this transformative opportunity can continue annually, enabling future generations of LAMDA students to engage with leading international voices in theatre and performance while celebrating and extending Colin’s extraordinary legacy.
Edinburgh Fringe
Each year, LAMDA students and graduates take their work to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe: the world’s largest performing arts festival. The Fringe offers students an invaluable opportunity to present their work to international audiences, industry professionals, critics and future collaborators at a pivotal moment in their training and early careers. Through your support, you will help ensure our students continue to gain real-world professional experience beyond our campus.
