Harassment and Sexual Misconduct
At LAMDA, we’re committed to creating a safe, inclusive and respectful environment for everyone. We expect all staff and students to treat each other with kindness, dignity and respect — behaviour that goes against this, including harassment or sexual misconduct, is never acceptable.
If something happens that makes you feel uncomfortable, or if you witness something concerning, we encourage you to speak up. You can talk to any member of staff, but the Student Services team is your best first point of contact — they’re trained to listen, support you, and help you understand your options.
Every report is taken seriously. We will handle it fairly and sensitively, and do everything we can to support you.
There are two ways you can report or disclose an incident.

Further Information
Read more about our procedures and processes for dealing with reports.
If you choose to make an online report, a trained member of our Student Services team will review it as soon as possible during normal working hours. They’ll get in touch with you by the end of the next working day to talk through what happens next and offer support.
You can make an anonymous report using the online form, but please note that LAMDA usually can’t take action based on anonymous reports alone.
These reports do help us understand if there’s a wider problem, and Student Services will review every anonymous report carefully. However, it’s usually best to speak confidentially with someone in Student Services so you can get the right support.
All LAMDA staff and students take part in training on consent and sexual misconduct. Staff who handle reports or support students receive role-specific training to make sure they can help properly and fairly.
If you or someone you know needs urgent help, call 999.
