Katie Meekison

Katie’s passion for musical theatre began with her training at LSMT. Hungry for more growth as an actor, she continued on to receive a BA from LAMDA and to work as an actor and singer. 

While working as an actor, Katie began taking on acting students and has now been teaching acting for fifteen years. Katie also received her MFA in voice from Bristol Old Vic. 

She is a freelance practitioner at several acting conservatoires in London and is a fixed member of staff at Arts Educational on the musical theatre course where she serves as Senior Acting Tutor with much focus on find the truth of acting through song.
