Conrad Hornby

Conrad has extensive experience of working in both the corporate world and public sector.  He specialises in supporting clients with personal impact, narrative, voice and presentation skills, both in groups and one to one coaching, blending theatre skills into the world of business.  He creates a positive, fun and safe environment for delegates and coachees to develop skills and achieve their goals.  

Conrad has worked with a variety of clients including Maersk, Omnicom, HSBC, Allianz, Tik-Tok, KPMG, PwC, Stella McCartney, Skanska, Triton, London & Quadrant, UCL, UK Government, NHS, Florence Nightingale Foundation, Linklaters, the European Bank of Restructuring and Development among many others in the UK and around the world.  

Conrad trained as an actor at RADA; after graduating with a Diploma with Honours, he worked in theatre and film. Before attending RADA, he worked in international banking in the City of London for six years. He has also worked in local government supporting senior management in children’s services and community care.  He has a BA (Hons) in Literature from the Open University and an MSc with Distinction in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London.
