About the workshop

Want to be in charge of taking your project from page to stage? In this workshop, producer Ceri Lothian (Theatre503, DEM Productions) will introduce you to the basics of everything you will need to produce your own work. From creating a budget, building a team and approaching contracting, through to relationships with venues, and the day-to-day logistics of making sure your project is the best it could be.

Ever planned a party? You’re a producer. This is a workshop all about how to make things happen.

About Ceri Lothian

Ceri Lothian started her career as Resident Assistant Producer at Theatre503, working on new writing world premieres. She was Associate Producer & General Manager at Deus Ex Machina Productions from 2016-2021, working from the fringe to the West End and Off Broadway. Ceri has produced new comedy writing and scratch nights around London and at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and worked as a freelance marketing manager, including on comedy and theatre projects with Soho Theatre. She is currently the Producer at Theatre503.
