Student Hardship Fund

Will you help support a LAMDA student?

The Student Hardship Fund exists all year round to help our students who fall on hard times.

Due to Covid-19, many students are facing daunting costs they never could have budgeted for.

One in five of our students receive a scholarship to train at LAMDA due to financial hardship, and Covid-19 has stretched the economic resources of many of our students. Facing an increasingly competitive job climate, with restrictions on theatres and the hospitality industry limiting part-time work opportunities, and many families experiencing unemployment, our students are facing rising costs which make continuing their studies difficult.

No student should feel that their personal financial circumstances could jeopardise their training. We aim to support every student who comes to us for financial aid, but we need your help.
