- Grace Alice Murray and Selena Thompson star in Stranger Things: The First Shadow at the Phoenix Theatre.
- Dónal Finn and Laurie Davidson starred in the BBC series The Other Bennet Sister which was released on 15 March.
- Children of the Night by Danielle Phillips played at Southwark Playhouse Borough from 11 March – 4 April. The show featured Aime Neeme as Stage Manager.
- Bluebeard’s Wives, which ran at Riverside Studios from 18 – 28 March,
starred Sadhbha Odufuwa-Bolger. - Kieton Saunders-Browne and Ibraheem Usaamah Hussain starred in Wooden Arrow’s The Makers Showcases from 31 March – 1 April at the Drayton Arms Theatre.
- Pilgrimage: The Road to Holy Island, featuring Hermione Norris, launched on 5 April on BBC Two.
- Anna Maxwell Martin features in series two of ITV’s The Assembly which began on 8 April.
- Comedy series Twenty Twenty Six, which premiered on 8 April on BBC Two, features Hugh Skinner.
- Knocked Conscious at Riverside Studios from the 8 – 11 April features Calum Maclean.
- Selina Jones, Elijah Cooke, Imani Yahshua and Ryn Alleyne star in Deep Azure, which runs at the Sam Wanamaker Playhouse until 11 April.
- Natasha Chivers is Lighting Designer for Evening All Afternoon at the Donmar Warehouse. The show plays until 11 April.
- A rehearsed reading of Blaxit Means Blaxit, co-produced by Mariama Mansary, plays at Camden People’s Theatre on 14 April.
- William Robinson stars in Please Please Me at the Kiln Theatre from 16 April – 29 May.
- Ziggy Heath stars in Driftwood at The Other Place from 17 April – 30 May before the show transfers to the Klin Theatre from 3 June.
- Glenrothan, starring Brian Cox, will be released in UK cinemas on 17 April.
- Consumed will be performing at Park Theatre until 18 April and stars Muireann Ní Fhaogáin.
- Francis Nunnery stars in This is Not About Me at Soho Theatre until 18 April.
- Chiwetel Ejiofor is Executive Producer for the stage adaption of The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind. The show plays at Soho Place from 25 April – 18 July and stars Alistair Nwachukwu.
- John Proctor is the Villain starring Dónal Finn and Miya James plays at The Royal Court until 25 April. Marie Zschommler features as Associate Sound Designer and Jasmin Meara Wall is the Assistant Production Manager.
- Lata Nobes-Sinha stars in Paranormal Activity at the Ambassadors Theatre until 25 April.
- Dame Harriet Walter hosts She Speaks! Harriet Walter and Friends Hosted by Clean Break at the Marylebone Theatre on 27 April.
- Summerfolk, which plays at the National Theatre until 29 April, features Sound Designer Alexandra Faye Braithwaite and stars Tamika Bennett and Sam Jenkins-Shaw.
- Brooke Bazarian stars in A Mirrored Monet The Musical until 9 May at Charing Cross Theatre.
- Lizzie Powell is the Lighting Designer for The Flying Dutchman at the Welsh National Opera, playing until 15 May.
- Aaron Pierre stars in One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest at The Old Vic until 23 May. Nathan Woodworth is the Dialect Coach for Chief Bromden.
- TEETH 'N' SMILES performs at the Duke of York Theatre until 6 June and stars Roman Asde.
- Ada Grey stars in Romeo and Juliet at the Harold Pinter Theatre until 6 June.
- Natasha Chivers is Lighting Designer for Inter Alia which plays at Wyndham’s Theatre until 20 June.
Things to look forward to
- 1536 will transfer to the Ambassadors Theatre from 2 May – 1 August. The show features Tingying Dong as Sound Designer/Composer.
- Mischief Theatre’s first musical comedy Thespians will embark on a UK tour from 9 May – 18 July.
- Fluent in God, written by Lilly Rose Zepeda and directed by Amy Shelmardine plays at Riverside Studios on 10 May.
- Toby Stephens to star in Equus at the Menier Chocolate Factory from 8 May – 27 June before transferring to Theatre Royal Bath from 13 – 25 July.
- Whodunnit [Unrehearsed] 4 at Park Theatre from 11 May – 27 June features Sir David Suchet.
- Dame Maureen Lipman is set to star in the UK tour of Allegra which opens on 12 May.
- Katherine Parkinson and Emma Shipp will be appearing in series two of Rivals, showing on Disney+ from 15 May.
- Phoebe Kyriakopoulos stars in Redcliffe at Southwark Playhouse from 22 May – 4 July.
- Backrooms starring Chiwetel Ejiofor will be released in US cinemas on 29 May.
- Mostyn Crawford stars in The Lord Chamberlain’s Men UK tour of Othello from 29 May – 12 September.
- Atonement at Chichester Festival Theatre from 29 May – 20 June features Composer and Sound Designer Alexandra Faye Braithwaite.
- Richard Armitage stars in Jesus Christ Superstar at the Palladium from 27 July – 1 August.
- a small and quiet light at Chichester Festival Theatre, playing from 21 August – 12 September, is written by Stephanie Street, and features Actor/Consultant Priyanga Burford and Sound Designer Tingying Dong.
- Mischief Theatre’s The Comedy About Spies plays at the Adelphi Theatre from 1 August – 26 September.
- A Midsummer Night’s Dream at Chichester Festival Theatre from 18 September – 17 October features Composer and Sound Designer Alexandra Faye Braithwaite.
- The upcoming Harry Potter television series on HBO, starring John Lithgow and Katherine Parkinson, will be released on 25 December.
- Season four of The White Lotus, which will be released in 2027, stars Ari Graynor and Dylan Ennis.
- Lucy Karczewski joins the cast of the upcoming Peaky Blinders spin-off series.

- Ben Starr has been nominated for Best Performer in a Leading Role at the 2026 BAFTA Games Awards for his work on Expedition 33. The ceremony takes place on 17 April.
- John Lithgow will be honoured with the Matador Award for Achievement in Classical Theatre at The Running of the Red Bulls Gala Benefit on 1 June.
- Julie Hesmondhalgh won Best Actress in a Supporting Role at the 2026 Olivier Awards for Punch.
