Find a teacher

There are thousands of teachers who specialise in the LAMDA Exams syllabi, finding the right one for you is important.

When selecting your teacher, you should find someone who will support and inspire you as you prepare for your exam. Make sure to take the time to do your research and ask for recommendations.

Here are a few tips to get you started.

Performing Arts Schools

LAMDA Exams is the syllabi of choice for many drama schools and clubs all over the world. Talk to your local one to see what they offer.

Your school

If your school doesn’t already offer LAMDA Exams, it’s worth asking your teachers and your friends if they know anyone who can help.

Directory of Teachers

While LAMDA Exams doesn’t employ anyone to teach the LAMDA Exams syllabi, we do keep a list of teachers who are happy for you to contact them about getting lessons.

Any arrangements you enter into, financial or otherwise, are done so directly with the teacher and not with LAMDA.

LAMDA cannot accept any liability for the failure to deliver services by any person listed on the directory and any disputes must be addressed with directory contact.

Learners, or their parents, are advised to make their own enquiries directly with the teacher. It is advisable to ask what policies and procedures they have in place with regard to safeguarding.
