The ensemble

At the root of our teaching is the shared responsibility between individual and group.

Drama is a collaborative art form and the training we give stresses the importance of working together to achieve excellence.

At the root of our teaching is the shared responsibility between individual and group. We nurture everyone’s unique talents and give all our students the tools they need to each become independent, creative artists and technicians, along with all the help and guidance they need to transition and make their mark within the creative and performing arts industry.

This commitment to the nature of ensemble is at the heart of how we support and care for each other. In all of our studios, meeting rooms and rehearsal spaces you will find our Ensemble Commitment:

"We are all here to support each other in learning and creating. We want LAMDA to be a safe and inclusive space where we can take risks, be courageous and fail as well as succeed. We commit to being respectful to each other, taking care of each other and listening to each other. If we witness or experience bullying or harassment of any kind we will speak out, knowing that we will be heard. Together we can make this a safe and productive environment for our students and staff alike."
