Marketing Manager (Examinations)

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent, full-time

HOURS OF WORK: 35 hours per week

GROSS ANNUAL SALARY: £28,000 to £32,000 plus benefits

This new post offers an exciting opportunity for a talented customer orientated marketer with an exceptional attention to detail and B2B and / or education marketing experience (both above and below the line) to contribute to the growth of LAMDA Exams.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications they will be comfortable dealing with day-to-day marketing and communications tasks as well as keeping an overview of progress towards the company’s strategic marketing objectives. They will have a goal-orientated outlook and solve problems with a mixture of creative and analytical skills.

Head of Finance

TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent, full-time

HOURS OF WORK: 35 hours per week

GROSS ANNUAL SALARY: £65,000 - £70,000 plus benefits

LOCATION: BARONS COURT, LONDON

An interesting opportunity has become available for a high calibre individual who has substantial experience in finance to join the Academy on a permanent basis. You will have overall responsibility for the financial control and operation of the Academy. As part of the Senior Management Team, you will support the Principal to develop and deliver the vision and strategies of the Academy.

You will be fully qualified, possess proven experience in managing a finance team within a public sector or not for profit organisation and will have reported at board level. Furthermore, you will have experience of managing and resolving compliance issues and have a willingness to build positive relationships with budget holders, trustees and other partner organisations. In addition, you will possess an understanding of SORP and other voluntary sector legal requirements.

Examiners for LAMDA Examinations

LAMDA is currently seeking Examiners based in the UK to examine our suite of Communication, Performance, Musical Theatre and Shakespeare Examinations.

In order to be considered, applicants must hold a recognised teaching qualification or equivalent, and/or a Master’s Degree in a performance related subject. Applicant must also have a minimum of two years’ experience of teaching the LAMDA syllabi. It is also desirable for applicants to have five years teaching experience in Communication/Speech/English Language and Drama subjects.
